Three ways to join — pick one

For a staff meeting, a district PD day or a single department. Cut planning time using free AI-powered tools in Google Search — AI Overviews, AI Mode and Google Lens — plus a clear approach to helping students check what AI tells them.
Book a timeMasterclass
The same session, run twice a month on different days and at different times, with educators from everywhere joining together. For anyone who wants this but doesn’t have ten colleagues to bring. Register and we’ll send the invitation.
RegisterSelf-Guided Course
The same material as a course you work through yourself. No group, no minimum and nothing to schedule — begin whenever you like, stop whenever you need to, and pick up where you left off.

What’s in the session
Three areas where AI can support learning
AI can support educators with productivity and planning while enriching learning experiences to make them more engaging. Once students understand its potential, it opens new paths for exploration and personalized learning.
Accelerate planning
Google’s AI tools save you time by organizing information, answering questions, and generating ideas you can build on.
Enrich learning
Students interact with resources and get responses that support their learning, so material they already cover becomes something they can dig into.
Empower exploration
Students explore topics at their own pace, and learn to check what comes back and judge when AI belongs in their work.
Using AI responsibly
What we say about the limits, in every session
- AI is technology, not humanYour responses must be reviewed for accuracy, it cannot feel .
- It is not a replacement for critical thinkingThe thinking still belongs to the educator and student.
- It can make mistakesAnd it can make things up. Check and compare what it tells you.

Common questions
- What does it cost?
- Nothing, at any stage. Meet LEA is grant-funded, and there is no upsell attached to it.
- Is there a minimum group size?
- Yes, for an educator session — 10 or more educators. It works best as a staff meeting, a district PD day or a department session. If you have fewer, join a masterclass instead; there is no minimum for those.
- What if I don’t have 10 colleagues to join me?
- Come to a masterclass. It is the same session, run twice a month on different days and at different times so there is a slot that works wherever you are, with educators from everywhere joining together. Register and we’ll send you the invitation.
- What is my commitment?
- Your commitment is only 45 minutes. If you share your knowledge with your colleagues and students we would appreciate it, just let us know how many you hope to train.
- Does this carry PD credit or CEUs?
- No. These sessions don’t award professional development credit. Some districts choose to count them toward internal PD hours — that’s a decision on your end, and we’re happy to confirm attendance if it helps.
- Are sessions recorded?
- No. Every session is delivered live on Google Meet. If some of your educators can’t make the date, book a second session — there’s no limit on how many you run.
- What do educators need?
- A computer and an internet connection. Anyone without one can pair up with a colleague who has — that’s enough to take part in the hands-on sections. Nothing to install, no accounts to create, no reading beforehand.
- Do you deliver in person?
- Not currently. All sessions are live on Google Meet.
Not ready to schedule?
Leave your details — it takes about a minute. We’ll follow up with options that fit, and you pick the date later.
